    Yoga for all ages and skill levels. Reclined, standing, and seated poses along with breath work release tension from the body and mind. Basic Yoga will bring overall balance, optimal alignment, and ease to the body and mind and is recommended for everybody. Please bring a yoga mat, thick blanket, or thick towel for floor exercises. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

    544350 - Senior Fitness I

    Join the war on aging! This is an exercise program geared specifically for seniors. Routines taught in this class help maintain and increase muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, flexibility, agility and balance which helps regulate and prevent health issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis. Exercise also improves muscle tone, balance and posture which makes one look younger. The gym is open at SOP at 7:00 a.m. for walking prior to the fitness classes.
