    544350 - Senior Fitness I

    Join the war on aging! This is an exercise program geared specifically for seniors. Routines taught in this class help maintain and increase muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, flexibility, agility and balance which helps regulate and prevent health issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis. Exercise also improves muscle tone, balance and posture which makes one look younger. The gym is open at SOP at 7:00 a.m. for walking prior to the fitness classes.
